"Everything was great! It was our second time back to Majestic. We stayed at the Colonial the first time and Elegance this time we upgraded for the Elegance club and Katherine R., our butler, was very attentive to anything we needed. Just message her on the Whatsapp and she would reply within minutes. The staff by the cabanas were always helpful. They saw us walk by the pool and they were setting up cabanas, getting us fresh towels and bringing drinks. We took long walks on the beach in the...

"Rides were closed half the time pools close at 7pm and there was only 1 jacuzzi on the property which also closed at 7pm. We paid for an ocean view but we had a view of the property. Everything was so overpriced, food, drinks, roundup airport to resort. Food was mediocre nothing to brag about and like I said overpriced. Toilet kept flushing by itself very noticeable during night cause we’re trying to sleep."

"The property is gorgeous! Everything you could possibly want. Did not realize and maybe I missed the small print, but you cannot pay for anything in cash at the resort. Other than that our state was absolutely perfect and one of the most relaxing times I have ever had."

"Nos gustó mucho la comida buen sabor w higiene , no nos gustó que están en remodelación y la discoteca es al aire libre el sereno en la noche es fuerte siiii, es un complejo hotelero muy grande pero no pudimos tomarnos fotos por todo el lugar ya que la entrada está prohibida si no estas hospedado ellos obviamente por lo demás todo bien
