"The ladies at the activity desk and the staff at the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. The property is showing signs of aging, and needs some maintenance and repairs. Our specific unit needs some upgrades and replacements (mattress, chairs, faucets, etc...). The lighthouse as a whole is great, as there is a more private gym and pool facility. "Our room was a Deluxe room with Ocean View which faced the ocean with a view of the pool side. Loved this as could also hear the music from outside. Very clean and spacious. The staff were so friendly and approachable. At the beach area the staff/waiter/waitress were amazing, very upbeat and created an incredible happy, relaxing atmosphere. One of the staff noticed sun burn on my granddaughter and said he will get the "doctor" lol and brought another waiter whose name I dont recall but started...

"The resort is decent, the hours of operation should be longer in my opinion the swim up bar by the pool closes at 5pm the pool closes at 7pm the buffet close at 10 pm everything else close at 11pm if you get hungry at night after going out there will be nothing to eat. "The hotel is just built, excellent design, fully equipped, great ocean view, shops are 12 minutes drive. Note that the hotel is located on top of the mountain and the access is very steep road about 1 mile, also the offered concierge service is not satisfactory."
