"The arrival at the resort was already an experience with singing and drinks. The room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. ALL the staff was super friendly and helpful in all places. The restaurants were nice but very inconsistent. One day everything was great, the next day the buffet food was cold. "This gem of a resort is not to be missed. It is magical! The service from the staff is impeccable - everyone is helpful and friendly. The Villas are well-appointed and immaculate. The resort layout and setting is beautiful. This is truly a place to go to "do nothing" more than dip in the ocean, dip in the pool, have a drink, maybe chat with some of the other guests. We enjoyed all of our meals during our 3-night stay at the restaurant. You will find pure serenity here."

Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent.
