"This place is 5/5 stars but on the last night at the resort, I encounter the only staff person I have come across that was not professional and friendly. The beach is lovely, the food is delicious. The bar drinks are probably the best I had while I was there. The workers like Sherman and Kendro were phenomenal. The check-in process was so simple and flawless. The ladies at the desk are very nice and helpful for getting around the island and getting a cab for you. I had my own private driver and...
"The rooms here are lovely and well kept! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downside is that the restaurant is pretty bad... poor service and food that is reheated from a freezer to just about warm with watered down ketchup. Definitely need to go further afield for good food as the other local options also aren't great in the evenings. I also recommend that you get lots of water at the supermarket because they provide two water bottles which dont last very long. "

"Somerset is so good we almost don’t want to write a review so no one knows about it :)
Just for comparison we went over the the Ritz and had dinner - it felt cold and soulless compared to the Somerset which had amazing warm families, solid amenities, unparalleled size of units, great beach access, pools for all ages and more. Staff is amazing. Tell your friends just not too many. "
"Our experience was excellent the young lady was very pleasant. She let us check in early because of the hurricane. We were also granted a late check out and she even treated us to taxi ride in town to get coffee and something to eat. I would definitely stay here again if i were in Turks and Caicos again. "
"We had a great week long stay in late August; yes it’s hurricane season but there are hardly any tourists around!!! Great staff at the Ritz:Including Latoya and Theresa at the restaurant and Calvin at the pool. This was our second stay and WE WILL BE BACK!!!"

They’re customer service was phenomenal during checkin, being greeted with a smile anytime we made contact with them, was very knowledgeable, and assisted us with all questions we had. I will stay at Zenza every time I visit bc of their customer service especially Mario! The hotel is really clean, super quiet and has restaurants that are affordable. Take my word and thank me later. What I would say even though the pool is open 24hrs it needs more lights.. but overall great stay.. and I would also like to mention Daniel was great in making accommodations to and from the beach.. overall thanks for welcoming us it was a pleasure 🙏 "
