Séjour en famille somme toute très agréable, malgré quelques désagréments assez majeurs. De manière générale, le service est assez mauvais. Manque d'assiettes, de bols et d'ustensiles au buffet. J'ai dû manger un déjeuner complet sans ustensiles, même si j'ai fait la demande à quelques reprises à la serveuse. Le bracelet en plastique ne s'attache pas bien, je l'ai perdu dans la mer, et ils m'ont chargé 150$ USD! Pour cette raison, je ne retournerai à ce resort. Le système de réservation des restaurants ne fonctionne pas du tout, le meilleur truc est de se présenter en personne et d'offrir quelques dollars pour obtenir une réservation. Les enfants ont malgré tout apprécié les jeux d'eau, les glissades d'eau et la piscine et nous avons passé une belle semaine.

This resort is a hard pass from our family. We have a 4 and 5 year old and they had a great time (saw their favourite characters and the waterslides were great), but as adults, here’s what you should know: 1) The food was inedible. Like, really bad. The AquaBite resto leaves their burgers out for hours. You have to make a reso through their app to any of the themed restaurants, which didn’t work for us half of the time. 2) You get assigned a personal concierge who tries to upsell you on everything and also gave us higher prices than booking through the front desk. Then they’ll offer you a deal if you sit through an hour presentation on their new Orlando resort. 3) The gift shop is offensively expensive. I’m talking $65USD for a small plushie. Order stuff off Amazon before you go (or after like we did) 4) Wine, prosecco, etc is bad bad bad. If you want anything slightly drinkable, you have to order off of the paid menu, which was also offensively expensive (I’m talking $65USD for a $10 bottle of wine). All in all, there are SO many better family friendly resorts out there that you don’t leave feeling sick and taken advantage of.

Swim up room was nice, butwas a little chilly. Infinity pool/ swim up bar was relaxing and cool according to my 12 year old… lol Beach was clean, and whole resort didn’t feel crowded. Personal slime session was worth it if your kids like that kind of thing. Character pop up viewings all throughout the day. Food was ok, nightly entertainment could improve in my opinion. Most staff spoke Spanish so a little communication barrier on times.

The water park was great! the rooms where spacious for the 5 of us. The service was not great due to the high number of people and a short staff. You could have waited the whole meal for your drink to come in the buffet and it was difficult to find reservations at the other restaurants. Food quality was good.

Check in was bumpy. No one told us about the app or that it wasn't working. So we had no way to reserve activities or dinner spots. We called the front desk 20 times with no answer. We finally walked to the front only to be told it was first come first serve since app was down. We came right at 5:00 and the restaurant told us we needed reservations also that reservations were full until 9pm. They finally agreed to squeeze us in but we wished they hadn't. The food was awful. Out of ten dishes, only two were decent. The restaurants were are not good. The buffet and the ice cream shop had a lot of good stuff but it's pretty bad when the buffet is your best option. Also not much at all for adults and teenage siblings to do besides the beach.

Habitación con mal olor muebles viejos y ropa de capa súper vieja y color sucio. La calidad de la comida y bebida horrible , los niños se pasaron los días sin comer nada hasta del estómago se enfermaron, para mi opinión a sido una de los hoteles más malos q hemos visitado una experiencia horrible y un dinero botado a la basura. No crean todo lo q ponen en las redes porq nos dimos cuenta q le ofrecen a los huéspedes cosas gratis para q los promociones y los recomienden . Espero q mi comentario le sirva a alguien para q no gaste su dinero en ir como lo hizimos nosotros.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was not properly cleaned, the service was slow and unprofessional, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. Basic amenities were either missing or not working, and the overall condition of the hotel felt neglected. For the price they charge, this place is absolutely not worth it. I would not recommend staying here and definitely won’t be coming back.

We went for a week, the last week of March 2026. The beach is beautiful and there is a pergola that is over the front row of chairs. The infinity pool right behind the beach is well kept and has plenty of chairs and umbrellas. There is a swim up bar and a walk up bar. There are staff walking around taking orders as well. There are separate swim up bars/pools between the buildings. There are two water parks at the back of the property--one is for smaller kids and has a waterpark playground area and the other at the very back (you have to continue walking back after being dropped off by the golf cart shuttle) that has 3 larger water slides. The night-time entertainment with characters is really nice. The snick lounge had old school arcade games which my husband and son played a lot. This overall is a kids resort that has some things for adults rather than an adults resort with some stuff for kids. It was great for our 7 year old--they did also have a kids club drop off area to give us a little break. Of note, the kids club was nice(10-11:50 and then 2-4:45) but they didn't go to the pool which my son was a little sad about. The sunrises were beautiful here!

No water in rooms. Everyday we had to go to front lobby to ask for some bottles. Good luck with restaurant reservations. The only way you will get in is with bribes with the head waiter. The app is absolutely useless. 5 stars for the lifeguards who were actively doing they’re job. Half of the employees were wonderful, but the other half of them shouldn’t be there. Hair saloon stylist was great with my girl. The baristas were great, the pool barman team are great. But the restaurant staff, quite awful. Would I return? No

The PJ party is a scam! They were unclear about the pricing and it cost way more! Don’t sign up for it. Also they kept changing the way we needed to book reservations for à la carte restaurants for dinner. They said first come first serve then told us to use the app. It was disorganized. The property itself needs some updating (rooms, bathrooms, etc).

Be prepare to walk the whole resort, they just have one shutter and its a lot of people, The only good thing about this hotel was the water park and the staff, other than that everything is terrible, all the good reviews you will see in the site are the servers asking for reviews so their bosses can give them perks, minimal activities for kids and almost everything you’ll have to pay it in order for a better experiences with characters, no free games, archades, interactions etc, do not loose your money they are selling just the name of the resort

My wife and I with our two kids stayed here for 7 days during March break. This is an outstanding, fun resort for families with younger children. The water park is fantastic, and the characters on property heightens the atmosphere and experience for everyone. The food is what you can expect in Dominican, the buffet and restaurants are adequate not many choices. Food quality is sub par at best, even the specialty restaurants lack quality and flavour, don’t plan on coming here for the food experience. It’s definitely worth the money and memories staying here at least once. We did have an issue with our AC leaking water, they relocated us the next day to a beach view room and Figerald arranged a special dinner for us with the teenage mutant ninja turtles on our last night. I will say it wasn’t the greatest dinner experience, just taking pictures with the turtles and agin sub par food. We will definitely think about returning to this resort as our kids are still young enough to relish the experience, but maybe we will try the one in Mexico next.

My review is poor because of three factors. 1) I got offered characters breakfast promotion but at the checkout the promotion was not fully applied. 2) Prestige Travelers company - very pushy to sell membership. 3) My wife and I have seen staff members taking pictures of ladies in bikinis. Very sad we see this happening in a resort during our vacation. Hopefully the Nickleodeon management see this review and take some serious action.

To begin on a positive note: the photo opportunities with costumed characters are a genuine highlight for families with young children. Also I want to acknowledge and appreciate Marco- see below- staff like him are an asset. The following review email was also shared with management via email a day prior and received no reply . The check-in process was more time-consuming than necessary, though this alone would not have warranted a review. We were initially booked into a Nest swim-out room, and upon arrival the in-room minibar was partially unstocked, facial tissues were absent, and the toilet was not functioning properly. Reaching the front desk proved surprisingly difficult — calls went unanswered on the first attempt and required multiple tries before anyone responded. The maintenance and restocking issues were eventually resolved, but the friction involved was unnecessary. From day two, we had arranged an upgrade (at time of check in a day prior, paid for) to a flat suite swim-out oceanfront room. We were asked to be ready for the move by 3:00 PM, yet received no follow-up communication. We cut back our water park visit to get things done. When we visited the front desk ourselves, we were informed the room was not yet ready and were sent back to wait in room. We were told a bellboy would be dispatched with new wristbands — no one arrived for an extended period. Place was clean maintained, food awful, service awful, drinks awful and for a kids resort I have stayed at other resorts with more kids events and action. Water park underwhelming other places have better! Many things are up charges and extra. App entire week not working so you stoke in line to try to get into a restaurant to eat. Rented a cabana bed on the beach and the entire day not a single person came by to ask if we wanted drinks. This resort oversells and significantly under delivers

The hotel is not worth the price. Honestly, the character dining experience felt like a waste of money—you already see the characters throughout your stay for free. During dinner or breakfast, it’s basically just a quick 2-second photo, and that’s it. The hotel itself is very basic and does not live up to expectations. On top of that, I lost my Gucci sandals during my stay, and they were never found. What was especially frustrating is that there seemed to be little to no effort to investigate—no cameras were checked, and when I followed up multiple times, including at checkout, my concerns were not taken seriously. I was even laughed at, which was extremely disappointing, especially since I still had hope the hotel would make an effort after several days. Additionally, as shown in the picture, the sofa in our room was broken. Our check-in experience was also very poor. After a long wait and having a child crying for hours, we asked for assistance and for our room to be cleaned, but no accommodations or support were provided. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I expected much better service for the price paid.
