"While the rooms themselves were clean and nice, our overall stay was incredibly frustrating and definitely not worth the price.
We were completely unable to use the amenities. Two of the pools were closed, and one was under active construction. Instead of waking up to the sounds of the ocean, we were woken up by a loud jackhammer every single morning. To make matters worse, the poolside service was terrible—staff completely ignored us when we tried to get towels or order drinks.

"The room smelled like mold and was a little dusty. I enjoyed the beach and the outdoor spaces the most—they were definitely the highlights of my stay.
Only one elevator was working, so the wait was often very long. At one point, I got stuck on the second floor because the elevator doors never opened, which was frustrating.

"It’s a beautiful and very well maintained property. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I loved it’s right off the beach and offers a variety of pool experiences. I will definitely stay again. It’s a bit pricey but I felt it was worth every penny for a four-star hotel."
