Beautiful and I mean absolutely stunning. The service from the staff is top tier, there are multiple restaurants to eat at, daily activities to enjoy, multiple pools and bars and a beautiful beach. I will stay here now everytime I go to San Juan as it was only about a 35 minute drive

Our Villa was clean and ready when we arrived. Check in was easy and staff were very friendly and helpful. We were driven by golf cart to our room and bags were brought up to us. The entire stay was amazing. Very polite and respectful to all of us. Would highly recommend and would love to return.

The property was amazing features and activites for all of my family members. The ony thing it lacked was a proper hot tub. Unfortunately, My son got very sick 2 days into the trip and had to be rushed to the emergency room but the staff was so helpful and got us an ambulance escort. Food was amazing for the most part, especially the Sushi! Will totally come back!

Overall good experience in terms of how clean the property is, organization, staff. Just a small thing with room's hot water but was rapidly fixed. Guys helping with valet parking and people guidance: nice, well informed, kind people.

Staff was amazing, Israel front desk super helpful and amazing. Girl who work at game room restaurant then morning at the cafe she was always going above and beyond Joselyn maybe her name. Staff was great. Place need some upgrades for sure. Also Ricardo from the restaurant with the games was amazing.
