The property was super clean and well maintained. We loved how there was 24/7 gold cart access. The room was beautiful and large and they serviced the room as often as you needed. It had everything you needed, you really don’t ever have to leave. The staff were all friendly and willing to help you with anything. I highly recommend staying here!

This place was absolutely wonderful! Me and my wife stayed a week and they far exceeded all our expectations on so many different levels! The staff was so friendly and kind and so attentive. The property was so beautiful and cleaned thoroughly every day. Our room was always immaculate! Also, the food inside the resort here was amazing! Do not hesitate. Do not second-guess yourself definitely book a trip to this resort!

Very nice hotel for a family vacation. The main pool is the biggest one in Puerto Rico. There are also two other pools that are more quiet. All three pools have a bar for drinks and food. There are several restaurants at the hotel and you don’t recessarily have to leave the resort to get anything. Nori Asian restaurant and Prime steakhouse were excellent. Recommend climbing up to the Britton Tower at El Yunque rain forest mountain, you can drive your car pretty high up and then hike for about 30-40min to the tower. Bacardi distillery tour is also highly recommended and was fun.

The resort is beautiful and the food in the restaurants is top notch. It’s a large expansive property but the staff is always willing to pick you up in golf carts to get you around property.

Place was amazing staff was great check in & out was easy like the fact as soon I check out my deposit hit my account right there an then .. Only bad thing was the beach not gonna lie water was great warm and calmed but there was alot of reef closer to the shore so I personally didn't enjoy it but yes location location plenty beaches around & restaurant 35 min for the airport 45 min to old san juan it was a great stay still give you guys 10 ...Thank you
