"hotel overall was great. One of the biggest hotels I have visited. Staff was not the best although there were few very nice people. Food at the buffets was not good but if you get the chance to reserve at the signature restaurants, experience can change. Pool was decent and spa was my favorite place. First off my rooms air conditioning was rattling loudly, it made it difficult to keep it on at night so I had to keep it on during the day when I wasn't in the room and turn it off at night to sleep well. "Casa is the best place to stay in the DR, very private and secure. Staff is great, they will try to help you with any questions you have, and they really seem to like the work they do, making sure guests have the best vacation experience possible.
