"The check-in to guest services transition could have been better organized. The jacuzzi in my room didn't work properly. It was serviced, but still didn't work properly. Very nice room otherwise. I don't drink alcohol. There were several occasions where I was given Pina coladas with alcohol even though I voiced loud and clear that I don't want alcohol in my drinks. You could hear festivities in the hallways when you were sleeping. Best restaurants were Los Torres and the Japanese restaurant....

"Ok the good first… The pool is beautiful, the rooms are nice and well maintained, the staff is very helpful! The bad The food is not good unless you go to the restaurants and even at the restaurants it’s a very limited menu. The showers in the rooms leak out into the bathroom and the floor is always wet! It’s very hard to find a place at the pool that is peaceful. Lots of louder people and kids."

"Our butler Cesar was amazing. I loved the place it was clean, fast food service. The room was always clean as well. One downside was the "inclusive golf course" we stayed over 5 days and they said we just had to pay cart fee and rent clubs. Low and behold that ran me $254(2 people), not sure what the inclusive part was, because when I checked local tee times it was $64 per person. The course was also like a 3/5 in terms of quality, id compare it to like $45 course in indiana. Other than that...
