"Very very clean property. The food was horrible. But for the most part the staff inside the restaurants, buffet, and beach was very accommodating! But I didn’t like how if ur sitting on balcony enjoying the view Housekeeping would walk right into your room without notification after room has already been cleaned just to ask if I needed towels. This happens twice I was on balcony I turn around and housekeeping was n my room. It really freaked me out as I was staying in resort by myself."

"everything would have been perfect if i had a room with air conditioner i had book the room with the private pool in the room. Any it terrible the air conditioner wasn’t working . Then when i try calling reception they took over 3 hrs to change my room . so me and my Toddler was in a hot room. "Majestic Mirage is a fantastic place to stay. Our room was very clean and the staff was very accommodating when we requested to have our room changed due to some neighboring guests next to our initial room. The food at the restaurants was very good and the staff was always pleasant and helpful. The resort is very well maintained and clean. We will definitely come back to this resort in the future."

"The resort was clean and well kept. The amenities were great and there was always something to do. The main pool was a vibe and I appreciated the variety of water exercises that were offered. "My room had lots of mosquitoes in it. I could not get rid of them so instead I had a bunch of mosquito bites all over my body. Um the bar isn’t all that it’s ok. The food is not very good and some of the front desk staff are rude."

"The staff is the downfall of this resort. Our concierge Franklin was great and besides only 2 other servers, service was a 1. Always seemed like they were short staffed at the rout 66 restaurant as our order would take up to 30 minutes when only 1 other table was there. If you select this resort you will need to patient as service again is not their strong suit."

"The overall experience was fantastic!! Staff were very polite and helpful. The pools were amazing. Some on the amenities were outdated but not horrible. The worst part about our stay was having to call room service at least twice during our stay to come clean our room as it wasn’t done while we were out and we’d be gone about 4/5 hours."
