"Very unhappy with the service received at this hotel. I booked a suite with Jacuzzi. We arrived there on a Sunday, found out the jacuzzi was defective and notified the front desk at around 6pm, told them we needed rest and that they could fix it in the morning. They forgot to send someone to take care of the matter, Tuesday morning i reminded them that this had not been taken care of, that if it was no possible to give me a new room. "It was difficult to make reservations for dinner and many staff members seemed to be in a bad mood. Restaurants were closed a lot throughout the day. I did like the cleanliness of the room and cold AC. Main lobby bartender Luis was great"

"Our stay at Secrets Royal Beach was beyond amazing. The staff, especially Marvis our VIP concierge, Angel, our pool waiter and Julio at the preferred loung were absolutely fabulous. Each of them were so attentive and helpful and I can’t thank them enough for their hospitality. The grounds were immaculately maintained, the shows were very well done and the rooms were clean and kept at a perfect temperature. Would highly recommend!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!"

"I recently stayed at the Nickelodeon Hotel in the Dominican Republic and honestly had a horrible experience. I was expecting a fun, family-friendly vacation for kids, but it was the complete opposite. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and not informative at all whenever we had questions or needed assistance. "The property is beautiful, some of the staff were very friendly others were very choosy, food was great change’s you can always find you like I had dinner at the steak house and the Italian restaurant which was very good. Overall had a great time which they had more entertainment ."

"We needed an escape and didn't want to have to do anything. This was the perfect spot. Beautiful resort, lovely suite, great amenities, amazing beach and cabanas/seating, the pools were fantastic, the shows were entertaining, great food, coffee shop and shopping. The staff was so nice and helpful. I have a serious dairy allergy and they went over and above to keep me safe. We will be back for sure."
