"Great time. The service was lovely and welcoming and I enjoyed the buffet. The gym was a bit small for the size of the property and they could have used more equipment. I would have liked a better night time entertainment experience. It’s a great place to go if you just want to lay around. "

"We’ve stayed in Nassau over 30 times and our first stay at British Colonial. Our check in experience was horrible with very poor customer service. Once we got to our room, we called for wine glasses to be sent up and they said they didn’t do that. We had to go to the bar. Other than that the rooms were great, the bar staff was excellent. Grounds are beautiful, beach and pools are great. Everything was very clean. Check out experience was quick and the different staff made all the difference. I believe it was just one bad apple, I wish I had gotten her name. We will stay here again and hopefully they’ll be more accommodating at the front desk."
