"I had the best experience at Lopesan. This was my first time going to Punta Cana and it definitely set the standard high for all future trips. The rooms were clean, the resort was enormous so it didn’t feel like everyone was just in one place. if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation come to Lopesan "

"Ocean was not visible from my room, however I could see the pool. I was disappointed with the level of marketing that takes place and how you are tricked into buying vacation. No one explain originally that you will be targeted and literally take a day out of your vacation for marketing. This is a beautiful hotel but I would not want to go back because of their marketing strategies. Ni one goes on vacation for this. Management needs to address this practice. It is a big turn off for the resort."

"Clean and very spacious rooms. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The pool was very clean and conveniently located. Beach was beautiful and plenty of chairs/umbrellas available. Absolutely worth getting a villa! "

"Pools closed too early. Resort routinely smelled of sewage. Food was average. Rooms were great but a/c couldn’t keep up. Main ‘mall’ area was excellent. So much to see and shop. Room service was above average!"

"The hotel was great and located right in front of the beach. Our room was clean, and the pool area was very nice, with bars around it and music playing. The buffet was also excellent, with a wide variety of choices. We traveled with two young kids, though I’m not sure this hotel is the best option for families. Cons: Most of the staff were friendly, but a few were not (at breakfast and at the bar), which was disappointing. Also, be careful with the “welcome package.” We thought it would provide...
