This hotel complex has a few buffets with good variety of food, the restaurants were not that great with the exception of the Hibachi which was phenomenal. Luis Mateo was our host and he did everything right for me and my son from the time we came in to the time we were leaving. Whenever he saw us on the property he would ask us if everything was good and if we need anything. So far this was the best host we ever had. We wanna say thank to him and everyone else. I would like to mention that Expedia representative at the property, Luis was very helpful. He went extra miles to make sure for our staying would be comfortable and memorable. The buffet restaurant at the property during the lunch was madness. The staffs were working so hard non stop but it clearly understaffs with overcrowded. So we visited Poseidon restaurant at Palace instead for lunch and it was peaceful. Overall, all the staffs at the properties were friendly and helpful. We had great time. Thank you!

The staff was great especially Joel aka “Tutti Frutti”, he made our experience that much better :) they have their entertainment team always working on something and every day we were there for the whole week there was an event or showing going on that kept things interesting. Staying in this resort was the best part of our vacation!! Highly recommend! So many dining choices. Beach front property. The spa experience was great. Housecleaning staff clean your room almost 2-3x a day or whenever you need it. They also have swim up bars with multiple pools to choose from. Very nice landscaping. Very helpful staff. We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The property is large, which helps spread guests out and keeps it from feeling overcrowded. The buffet offered a wide variety of food, although the quality was average. I highly recommend making reservations at the specialty restaurants, as they provided a much better dining experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. Our room (2030) was in a perfect location—close enough to the beach and pool for convenience, but far enough away to avoid the noise and activity from those areas.

The stay was amazing!!! The staff were very helpful and polite. The food was great!! A lot of different options to choose from. The only negative thing I have to say was all the seaweed on the shore of the beach. It was so much even at the beginning of the water when you first go in, I tried to get past it but I couldn’t. I stayed in the water for 3 minutes before I had my boyfriend carry me out all the way to and from the beach chairs. Other than that I really enjoyed myself.

Property was located with nice surrounding and was pleasure to walk around. Beach were not usable due to lots seaweed. Room was ok as they did not deep clean it. Jacuzzi was broken, tv and remote were not working in room 2014. It was hard to explain any staff due to language barrier. Very hard to get pure vegetarian or jain food in dining area. If you are vegetarian then do not have much choice, so try some other resort instead of this one. Thanks for providing this opportunity.
