"The good thing is we could have the room earlier when arrived but the room with queen bed is super small (like the maid room) with an old decoration. The air-con didn't work but after fixed was ok. Anyway if compare to the price we paid is not worth... Service staffs are fine like the normal 4* The area is supreb. We had 4 days at Westin is good but only the size of the room (very very tiny) that make us a hard concern to come back here again..."

"Very close to metro station. The breakfast is very nice and impressive. The room is clean and comfort. There is only 1 elevator and maximum capacity for 2 person with 2 luggage. The family room (suite) is on the 6th floor without elevator, you have to reach by elevator to 5th floor and then use the stairway to 6th floor. In conclusion it's worth the money and staying."

"The staff went above and beyond for me. I am so grateful. I was waiting on a package to arrive from the US that was important. It had not arrived by the time i checked in, but the staff accepted the package after i had checked out and let me know when it arrived. They were helpful, polite and attentive. "The hotel was extremely walkable with a metro close by. Hotel was modern and decorated well with hot water and cool air conditioning. Room was spotlessly clean. Special shout out to Leah at front desk when I needed assistance with the safe. She was extremely helpful and kind. All the staff there were great. My only reason for leaving 4 stars instead of 5 was the size of the room. It was small even for Paris. It would have been fine for 1 person or 2 who were traveling very light. We are an...

Couldn’t get sufficient hot water in the shower in our suite, but that was my only complaint. Every place in the hotel was well appointed and the gentleman at breakfast was wonderful.
