"Beautiful hotel but our room was like a sauna…very hot. I was told that the central air-conditioning goes on according to the temperature outside, and therefore, since it was cold, the heat was on in the room I was given a fan and also was given a credit. Fire doors were outside my room and they were constantly making noise. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Bathroom very very small. "

"Enjoyed a one night stay at the Jangle. Front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. Airport shuttle was easy to reserve and convenient. The hotel even offered us breakfast on the go since we departed before the buffet opened. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Would recommend."

"We were put in a first floor room which had a non working thermostat, No power to the desk area so couldn't charge phones, etc, no furniture to put luggage on, and a very high tub which needs a step stool to enter safely.... basically worse than a Motel 6 for many times the cost..... After complaining we were shifted to a much better room... however, the hotel should not be renting rooms like the initial room- it should be demolished and rebuilt!"
