"We had an ocean view and a corner room of the hotel. Absolutely beautiful rooms and very clean. The cleaning staff came in daily to stock the fridge and provide clean towels. Everyone was very helpful and kind, the service was excellent. The restaurants were also incredible for dinner and some were open for lunch. The buffet was always really well kept up with and had plenty of options"

"We stayed at the resort for 10 days. The resort was very clean. Housekeeping staff did a nice job keeping the room clean and tidy. But, we found our room a bit tired with sparse/dated furniture. The tub did not drain well and water pressure was frequently very weak on the 10th floor. The pool area was very nice. But, good luck getting a lounge chair near it. People stake their claim for the day at 7am and then disappear from "claimed", but vacant, chairs. There is no management of this...

"First of all I have enjoyed my stay at the Hotel. I had a great 7 days of relaxation and rest. The positives: The Hotel itself was of a good standard. We had a mater suite which included a separate bedroom and two shower rooms. Also included was the hot tub on the balcony. I recommend this package that includes the “Elite” status as you have the exclusive access to one pool which means a far less crowded experience. Also with the Elite package you get a Butler to help you and access to a rooftop...
