"Rooms are good size for a family of 3/4.
We had a good time at the indoor playground and the acquashow park. The hotel gives you voucher to access the park everyday. Food Is also okay and the dinner buffet was really good.
Great parking and definitely Need a car to move around the location. Very close to nice towns and beaches (quarteira, vilamoura,)"

"The room lots of spiderwebs.pool just fine not secured. I saw lots of kid slides its slippery.the buffet breakfast was nothi g mostly bread and salad. Not even english breakfast."

"Das Zimmer war sehr schön, jedoch erfolgte keine Reinigung. Lediglich die Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Wir mussten uns während des Aufenthaltes in der Therme ein Zugangsbändchen teilen. Auch eine Neuprogrammierung brachte keine Besserung. Am Anreisetag konnten wir keine freieLiege mehr bekommen. Eine Reservierung seitens des Hotels könnte Abmilderung bringen! "

"Everything about our stay was fantastic. The facilities were great, the food delicious, most the staff was very friendly. You pay resort prices for anything outside of the offered normal breakfast and dinner buffet. Was a great weekend trip.
Having a designated shuttle to downtown would make it even better. We paid quite a bit for Uber to get downtown for extra excursions. It’s about a 20-30 minute trip.
Loved it and would recommend. "

"Extremely clean property, attentive staff, great food, great vibe. The ‘no inflatable’ rule was annoying but considering pool size, understandable. Excellent value for money especially if travelling with children; highly recommend "

Bonjour.Nous avions pris un appartement hôtel d’après le descriptif il devait y avoir une bouilloire qui ne se trouvais pas dans l'appartement.Ensuite pour un appart hôtel il n'a jamais été précisé qu'il était entièrement vide aucun ustensile de cuisine alors que dans les apparts de la concurrence il y a toujours les ustensiles de cuisine.Nous devions louer les ustensiles.Ensuite l’éclairage extérieur pour arriver a l'appartement ne fonctionnait pas.
C'est dommage car l'endroit est bien mais...
