"Rooms are a little dated and have had a very superficial makeover. Bathroom really needs a good going over and did look a bit shabby. It was all really clean though. Staff are lovely, and location is perfect "

"The room was an executive room and was very spacious, clean and well equipped. We received a welcome drink and check-in and check-out were simple and efficiently managed. I would stay here again. "

"Clean , easy check in . And out ,central to everything. In between two tube station.charing cross and embankment. Love our stay .its a leisure trip . Bed is comfortable and soft. Very nice staff at check in. Food near just as you step out of lobby. Highly recommended. "

"Rooms were clean, staff was nice. Location was great for central London. Extremely close to London Eye and Waterloo Tube station. Breakfast was good but a bit expensive at 25 GBP per person. All in all, would go back and recommend!"
