"the resort wasn’t bad but some of the employees was very nasty and don’t understand anything"

"Muy buen servicio y atención por parte del personal, solo un tema en la terraza con una humedad pero que estuvieron atentos a que todo estuviera bien con la seguridad"

"Everything was good, the food could be more different because it’s like the same all the time but other than that all good!"

"The front desk check-in experience was extremely disappointing. I waited nearly an hour just to check in, which was frustrating and unacceptable. To make matters worse, I had to change rooms the next day, which added inconvenience and disruption to my stay. Overall, the experience was poorly organized and fell short of my expectations. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the guest experience."

"The room was clean and spacious. Activities were on point so it was fun and things to do"

"Wonderful experience overall. Rooms were very clean wish there were updates to the room that would have elevated it greatly. The food blew me away in every way possible it was delicious!!! In comparison to other all inclusive this resort had THE BEST FOODS"

"Site was very nice and clean. Food and service were excellent. My only issue with the resort was the wifi coverage was spotty in certain areas. When we wanted to rent a kayak there was a waver that needed to be signed off. The waiver was online and when we tried to get online there was no Internet available at the building. We ended up not renting a kayak for that reason."

"Overall 10/10!"
