"The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking. We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked...

"We were excited by all the posted reviews. Booked figuring despite the cost it would be worth it however maintenance closed straight path to the cove pool and had to walk around for the remainder of our stay with three kids in transit. Room was not well cleaned - dust on mirror, glass tables, jellybeans on floor and room smelled of dirty sulfur water (horrible brushing teeth) and the water ran on toilet for 10min . Interesting what hard earned money can get you. That said kids loved the water...

The location is perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The views are absolutely incredible, especially overlooking the ocean—great spot to sit, unwind, and just take it all in. What really made the stay stand out was the staff. Shan, Treasure, Chris, and John were all amazing—super friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything...
