"Had a great stay at the double tree in San Juan. I was working from vacay and the WiFi was out for nearly 36 hours during our stay. Not the end of the world. Staff was lovely and kind, and welcoming. Shout out to Margarita and Paula who took awesome care of us. "

"This location was just far away enough from the city to make it feel private. Beautiful well kept grounds and Golf course. The rooms were comfortable and our ocean view was top notch! The service was very slow in the restaurants and bars but all employees were talkative very friendly. The casino was small and only one shop to browse. The prices for food and drinks were expensive. Never figured out how to work the espresso machine in our room.( I miss the drip) So 2 large coffees will cost...

"En general fue muy bueno. Limpio y el staff muy amable. Sólo que tienen muchas cosas en remodelación y pues no hay muchas opciones de comida(no hay lugar si deseas desayunar). Y mejoraría la orientación al inicio para que te dejen saber lo que tiene disponible al momento (restaurantes cuales están funcionand, piscinas, etc. La piscina está super buena y bien limpia. Y los que atienden la barra de la piscina son muy amables."
