"My daughter and I had a great time at the resort! The staff were very helpful whenever we had questions, and everyone was polite and welcoming overall.
There are also several different food options to choose from, and the food we had was good. Since this is a family-friendly resort, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Overall, it’s a great place for families to relax, have fun, and spend quality time together.
We did have one incident where housekeeping accidentally threw away a purchase...

"I loved everything about this hotel! This was luxury in every sense of the word! Our cleaning lady Nancy was the best! I miss her! Wish I could bring her home with me! And the smell in the lobby was so perfumed and fresh! The tub was the the best I have had so far! Our room ocean front view was MAJESTIC! We had some fireworks as well on Saturdays and that was a nice bonus! I wish the infinity pool was adult only but not a big deal. Absolutely recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back...

"It’s was not what I was expecting after paying what I pay for one night. And they don’t have parking so you have to pay extra for parking and other fee they charge you when you check out."

"The hotel was nice, pool was alright, have been to bigger and better pools. The staff was nice and welcoming.
Small things like free wine, juice and soda for elite members was a nice add. Kids got free snow cones and pop corn which was good adds. Could have a better club for the adults and better restaurants."

"The staff here were lovely. The private access to the beach is so nice to have if you want to stay on property for that.
We loved the swim up bar with TVS but it was a shame it closed at 6/6:30 pm every day. I would recommend this to go till 8pm as the pool closes at 9pm.
The do not disturb door tag was kind of odd.
Other than that it was convenient to the area and our purpose of a relaxing trip."
