"The property is beautiful no doubt about that, with stunning views since it sits pretty high up ( maybe on one of the highest points) in a residential neighborhood. Therefore it is quite far away by foot from restaurants, shops, beach etc. It only makes sense if you have a rental car. We, unfortunately stayed in a room (Pearl)on the first floor that resembled more a cell than a hotel room with two twin!!!! beds, one chair with a small round table that was too small to put a computer up and...

"You get what you pay. While certainly not the most expensive 5 star facility, it was still well appointed with a high level of service. The included private car transport from and to the airport was a nice touch."

"The Bahamas and the resort was beautiful. Overall the experience of the island was amazing. The staff, however, not so much! The customer service is 50/50. Some staff are extremely rude, careless and unhelpful. Others are warm and welcoming. Wish the customer service was more consistent throughout the entire resort !"

"Our cleaning staff was excellent! The only issue was that we encountered disgruntled employees about tipping bc we didn’t understand the culture. Once we found out the customs, we didn’t encounter the attitudes anymore. Jerome, the employee at the beach/pool was awesome and needs a raise. He is the best part of the resort!!!!!!"
