"You get what you pay. While certainly not the most expensive 5 star facility, it was still well appointed with a high level of service. The included private car transport from and to the airport was a nice touch."

"The Cove adult pool is under construction and the turned family pool into adult pools leave young children (under 18) forced to stay at the infant /toddler pool and making the experience very difficult for parents and children . What a wise of $15,000 ! Very disappointed that I was never notified or offered proper resolution to endure this unfortunately disappointing experience and ruined vacation."

"You are steps away from Atlantis with full access, but without the price tag. You do give up a view of the water at night, but after a full day in the sun and swimming, we were ready to shower, sleep and be good to go for another beautiful day. This hotel also has a very nice complimentary breakfast each morning. The cost of food and drink at Atlantis are a major consideration so this is really nice. We've been twice now and plan to visit again."

"Beautiful grounds on the hotel property. It is across from a beautiful beach. Nice pool. Extremely helpful, caring staff. Was great to have a restaurant at this hotel with good food. I would definately stay again if I'm ever in Nassau. 5 stars!!"

"Employees were ok but greeting your customers with a smile would be nice. Bed is in comfortable the place looks nice in the pictures they advertise but it’s really not that nice ,the door is very hollow and easy to break into if you give it hard enough push, as part as the shuttle I feel like it should be free not paying $25 but I’m glad they still picked us up and drop us off to the airport cause we paid.
