"We enjoyed ourselves but some of the staff seemed unwilling to help by giving unclear answers when we asked for help. Some of the staff was very nice so it just depends on who you speak to. The amenities were great but their rapid river left us with some cuts and bumps. Food is overpriced but that's expected. Recommend signing up for a tour of the island for a complete experience"
