"Rooms and property were very clean. Food selection was good. It would have been nice if the coffee bar in the lobby opened before 10:00 or even had a self serve coffee bar. Also lacking outdoor evening activities. It’s like at 6:00 everything outside is done. A bar with snacks and some music would have been great. The location a great and a quick walk to other activities. Staff was wonderful."

The actual Cove accommodation is very similar to other parts of the hotel and in my opinion, isn't much of an upgrade and certainly not worth the price difference. "The natural setting is beautiful. But for >> 1000/night, this experience is WAY below expectations. The staff is not helpful nor present. Certain places were not clean. The wireless does not work. When we asked for help with the thermostat because it was set to 65 degrees, they said the only option is to shut it off and have no AC. You pay 28 dollars for a salad of just leaves and 4 tomatoes or 17 dollars for tortilla chips and salsa. The worst part is the hours. The pool may open at 8 am but...
