Hey there! So, I checked into this hotel, and guess what? They were out of linens! I had to call them to get them, and it took about an hour to get them to me. When I finally got my linens, I noticed that the room had been was not clean for a while. It was super dusty and dirty. And get this - the closet mirror had a crack in it! Can you believe that?
Now, here’s the kicker: a week later, they’re trying to charge me for this broken mirror. I even showed them that it was broken before, but they’re still trying to charge me for it. I’m honestly shocked and disappointed. I don’t think I’ll ever stay at this hotel again. Their customer service needs a major upgrade, seriously..
