"Positives:
Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The room we were in was very small and the place was lacking in amenities. The lift was also out of service during our stay and we had to go up several flights of stairs with our luggage. "

"I booked a quad room. I like the location of the hotel, the staff were so friendly. easy access to shops, cafe,. the room is very clean. our only issue was the AC. It was so hot that night. but the staff said I need to turn off the heat and open the windows. But other than that everything is great. I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay again."

"Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber sehr sauber. Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend – ein besonderes Dankeschön an Raoul für den tollen Service!
Allerdings war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man hat deutlich gehört, wenn andere Gäste geduscht haben, und leider gab es auch kein Tageslicht, was etwas schade war.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass es jeden Morgen kostenlosen Tee oder Kaffee gab. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut: Man ist schnell am Strand, in der Nähe befindet sich ein...

"The building does not have any signage of the hotel, and the phone provided was from a different location. Initially they could not answer in English, I had to ask a random person in the street to communicate in Spanish . It would be useful to provide specific check in instructions with accurate pictures to be able to find it. "

"Das Hotel war sehr central, das Personal auch super freundlich. Die Zimmer sind etwas heruntergekommen. Auch waren die Bettlacken leider nicht so sauber. Aber die Putzkräfte haben gewissenhaft sauber gemacht.
Für Menschen die eine kürzere Zeit bleiben wollen, reicht das komplett"
