"Staff were rude at times. I had to upgrade to fit our family in the room and the whole stay, they kept telling me the room was for 3 x people only, even to the point of housekeeping coming back to remove the extra bed they had just put up! Our room number was neither on any breakfast sheets so were always questioned if we had paid for it or not. No information on how to try the kids club. Spa staff were rude, wouldn’t even let the kids wear goggles to swim in the pool. Not a 5* experience....

"We had a great trip to Palma using this hotel as our base. We hired bikes for €14 each per day and cycled to the castle and Palma. There are cycle lanes the whole way along the promenade so it was an easy and scenic was to get around! We walked to Palma in around an hour - along the seafront the whole way which was so pretty. Hotel was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood 2 minutes from the beach. Not far to walk to nice breakfast spots like Petit Nola and Lily’s to watch the world go by. Hotel...

"This isn’t a posh hotel, but it has everything you need. It’s clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff are helpful, it’s close to the airport, and one block from Palma bay. We needed a taxi to the airport at 4:30 am, and it was there on the dot. The breakfasts are good. I recommend it."

"Tolle Aussicht von der Dachterrasse und jede war super freundlich und aufmerksam. seitliches Zimmer mit Meerblick und sehr geräumig. Frühstück war sehr solide. Was uns gefehlt hat wäre der Fitnessraum. Am Spa hatten wir kein Interesse. "
