"No problems getting into the property - good communication from the property in advance and responsive to enquiries. Room was well equipped- kettle and fridge, hairdryer, small safe in the roomy wardrobe and room for my case to stand around. TV (no English stations). WiFi . We're all a bit used to fancier bathrooms in even cheap hotel chains and the shower stall in the room could do with a refresh but it was all clean and the shower was good and hot and worked well. "The staff were truly wonderful at Hotel Piazza Pitti Palace and Letizia made sure we were completely welcomed and comfortable immediately on arrival which was a lovely personal touch. The location of the hotel is terrific, we were able to see so much of what Florence had to offer for dining and site seeing and the suites were very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. 10/10 we will definitely be staying there again amazing birthday treat!
