"Great serivice, great people and better food in Plus Zone!!! In low season we s the best!!!"

"A good stay right near the airport, if a little on the expensive side. Free shuttle ran as advertised, every half hour. The included welcome drink and snack were nice, though the bartenders were harried and not attentive. The to-go breakfast was decent, appreciate that they had it for us at an early hour. The main drawback was that the entire floor of our room smelled like backed up sewage."

"Great hotel central Cuzco. Great atmosphere . However going to the restaurant required walking stairs which my spouse couldn’t do. We settled for room service and that was good. Breakfast was suppose to start at 4:30 am but only cold food was available until 5 am. They should have two people doing breakfast not one."

"This exceeded my expectations for what I thought it was going to be. All of my belongings were secure with multiple levels of security checkpoints to ensure safety"

"Excellent location, very well maintained. It was nicest place I stayed at in Peru."

"Es una experiencia inolvidable y vale toda la pena!! El hotel está arriba en la montaña y tiene unas vistas espectaculares! Además los cuartos domos y cápsulas son únicos. Lo recomiendo 100%"

"Great hotel"

"Swimming pool is too small and closed at 3 pm because of the live music at same location"

"Clean room."

"Everything was perfect just they didn’t provide slippers and shower cloth "
