"Our room was clean and comfortable with beautiful views towards both sides of the valley. We had a problem with hot water one day, which the staff immediately tackled, and they kept checking until they were certain the issue was resolved. Breakfast was fruit, bread and eggs cooked to your liking. WiFi was good in our room but even better in the very pretty garden, which was frequented by humming birds. The hotel is very convenient for everything within this small town. If I ever return to...

"A lovely small hotel with nicely appointed rooms on a quiet one way street. It is just a few blocks up the hill from the heart of Cusco. Breakfasts are delicious and can be enjoyed in one’s room, on the terrace, or in the breakfast room. A really lovely place with beautiful plants in the small courtyard. "

"Very helpful staff, Marcela tries her best to make your stay worry-free. She was very good at arranging our tour and transportation especially when we were late coming back from Machu Picchu; she had someone pick us up at the train station. The hotel also packed breakfast for us when we left very early for our tour."

"If you had the unfortunate experience of booking in this hotel, you show up and they offer you room 805, demand another room. It’s horrible! It’s all the way in the attic where the WiFi doesn’t even reach! The bathroom doesn’t even come with the now standard bottled water. The shower is a trickle and the hot water turns either very hot or cold while you’re showering! I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star but for the nice desk person who checked us in last night."
