"Das Personal war einfach so unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Kapsel war ein unglaubliches Erlebnis und absolut zu empfehlen. Auch der Transfer zum Hotel hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Ein kleines Highlight ist das man am Ende sogar noch mit dem Quad fährt. Also absolut zu empfehlen!!!"

"The staff that I met were lovely. Nice, smiley and helpful. As always communicating on the Expedia app was a nightmare and the messages took ages to be answered. I don’t know if this is about the Expedia app or the Hotel’s ability to answer messages? As an international traveller, which I imagine many hotel users are, it would be so much better if the hotel managed a WhatsApp account so we could text. In particular I had to message to ask about the shuttle from the airport. Everyone who books...

"I had a lovely stay here! We had a lot of excursions planned, so the early breakfast schedule was super helpful. The staff were all very friendly, and the hotel was well maintained. The city centre was also walkable, with lots of currency exchange spots nearby, plus great room service options if you didn’t want to eat at the hotel’s main restaurant. Their airport shuttle was also incredibly convenient. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Cusco!"

"Location to the Airport!!! If flying into Lima with a late afternoon or evening arrival and then plan on Cusco Flight the next day? Via SkyAir?.. This the best place.. You can walk 400 feet from the airport to the hotel. Wonderful Breakfast, bar and really nice people. One of the best calls I made on our entire trip to Peru. The hotel has wonderful amenities and I only wish that we could have entertain them all. Next Time!"

"Beautiful hotel with very well appointed rooms, lovely communal areas with places to sit and friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast and lovely bar area. Location is excellent - you can walk to Cusco centre and around the area from the hotel. Only down side is the rooms are dark."

"I was very impressed at how clean, tidy the space was. It was also nice and quiet, which is what I needed since I stayed overnight. The bathrooms facilities are also very clean. You also get unlimited drinks (sodas, coffee.) the bathrooms are spacious and very clean. I will most definitely stay here again I need to stay a few hours in the airport to catch my next flight. Highly recommend."

"HELLO, book 7 nights in april 26th , i liked the location ( away from the traffic and crowded areas) property was well maintained and the staff was super friendly and helpful , i would like to meantion all the stuff for their kindness , the only thing negative would be the dog barking , the windows are not insulated , over all we liked it .."
