"Hello, I wanted to take a moment to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at your resort. My family and I have been traveling to Cancun and Playa del Carmen for over 25 years, and this was our first time staying at your property. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations due to several issues during our visit. To begin with, we reported the lack of hot water in our room on three separate occasions, and the issue was never resolved during our stay. This was extremely disappointing. Additionally, one evening, two couples traveling with us experienced a serious issue accessing their room in the El Beso section. They contacted me for assistance, and I attempted to reach the front desk multiple times, but no one answered the phone. As a result, they were forced to walk all the way to the front desk late at night to resolve the issue, which is unacceptable for a resort of this standard. We were also disappointed with the dining experience. The food at both the steakhouse and the Italian restaurant did not meet expectations, and the liquor selection was very limited. Needless to say, all six of us in our group were very disappointed. It is unfortunate that what should have been a memorable and enjoyable trip turned into a frustrating experience. Based on this visit, we will not be returning or recommending this resort to others."

"I stayed one night during a layover for a morning flight. My room was clean, the linens were good quality, and the bed was comfortable although I prefer something firmer. The shuttle to/from Terminal 2 was invaluable. Would I return? Possibly because of the convenience, but if I didn’t have an early morning flight I might consider a property further out. "

"Internet was okay, but not too speed. Should be better controlled at night when people walk the hallways. Way too loud. Wake up my kids. Consider placing staff to supervise drunk people and ignorant people with no regard for others. "

"Really good for kids . No action for adults at all, not a party resort . Food is A class . Beach is ok . Staff is really nice . No local crowd at all in the resort ."
