"Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Room was lovely and we slept very well. Gorgeous ambiance. We especially loved the breakfast and watching the sunrise with complimentary coffee. An added perk was the ability to use the cabanas at Mi Amor. Would definitely stay at Mezzanine again! Concierge was great and taxis were very easy. When we come again, we will be sure to make a stop at super aki on the way in to pack additional drinks and snacks because access to convenience stores is...

"El lugar es bonito con cabañitas amplias y comodas . Para mi gusto faltaria un calentador de agua y quizas una cafetera para no tener que molestar en recepcion. Los alrededores son tranquilos teniendo en cuenta que el hotel esta en la zona hotelera de Tulum, lo cual significa que en menos de cinco minutos te encuentras en plena zona de restaurantes, bares y clubs. Un plus es el cenote desde donde puedes tomar el sol y bañarte tranquilamente."

"This is a small well run beach hotel - we stayed in a bungalow right on the beach it was cosy clean and generally fab. Half board - the food was very good like being in a restaurant with no corners cut. The staff were always cheerful abd helpfull We would happily stay here again and recommend it"
