Rooms were reflective of the price we paid for them, they were clean and well maintained but the beds were uncomfortable with a sheet and throw for bedding and we could hear the next door neighbours kids screaming the whole stay. Staff were super helpful and location was great, we would just rather stay in a different area like Tlaquepaque where there seemed to be more to do during the New Year period.

The room was very clean and the staff was absolutely wonderful! Hot water took a few minutes to warm up but was hot. The location is great and within walking distance of the historical center. You can take a taxi or bus to the airport.
