"Staff is wonderful. They made the experience so great. The food was a 4 out of 5. I paid for the lobster dinner. The lobster was really overcooked. All of the included food was 9/10. I also don't drink much but if you do, the alcohol is free flowing and the bar was never too crowded. I travelled solo and this is definitely a more couples or group resort. It was my first solo trip and I felt really safe. They helped me book excursions and travel. I also did preferred and the 12th floor was with the extra dollars."
