"Came here for our honeymoon, amazing experience!!"

"The hotel was great. However, due to an incoming hurricane, we were not able to use and access the beach, that is mainly why I go to Puerto Vallarta. We were also told we needed to vacate the hotel before the end of our stay since they were shutting it down. It was not their fault, but our vacation was cut short. Which I am expecting a full refund. I will definitely be going back! Love this place! Great Restaurants, friendly staff and clean rooms."

"Love the service they had:)"

"Amo Villa del Palmar ! Bello y acogedor ❤️ voy 3 veces al año"

"Great for families"

"It’s a really nice hotel. Very clean and the staff are the highlight. During our stay there was hurricane and the staff helped us navigate it and they were helpful in providing information on time and arranging everything needed. It would recommend it."

"Josue, the Preference Club employee, failed to do his job, as did Iliana, the manager to whom I reported the issues. The pool water and the tennis court were extremely dirty. The quality of the food and drinks was not very good. The building shakes and sways significantly—especially when a strong wave hits—which was actually frightening. Alejandra, the person who cleaned our room, did an excellent job. The quality of the shows has really declined. The youth area was closed without prior notice...

"All inclusive , friendly staff"

"Great location - right down town, Excellent staff. Beautiful pool. Quiet street."

"Everyone was extremely polite and helpful"
