"I loved how attentive helpful and kind the staff were. The room was beautiful. And the location was right by the archeological zone for Chichen Itza so I could go multiple times. This is the place to stay if your main goal is to explore Chichen Itza. The spa was also very nice. We found a good economical way to reach it is by Tren Maya the train is very nice."

"Amazing place. So relaxing and peaceful. Concierges were great, quickly responsive and helpful. Bikes waiting for us at our cottage. Bonus perk with early entry to the cenote (all by ourselves!) and free zip lines. Would have been nice to have a property map, we realized on our last day we missed most of the bike trail and garden. But we will catch that on our next visit!"
