The reception and restaurant staff was polite and welcoming.
At check-in, you'll receive your room key and the remotes to the TV and AC unit.
Something I found unique was the fact that you have to insert your room key into a slot by the door in order for the room to have power. If the room key is removed from the slot, power ceases; A/C, TV or anything else you might have put to charge will shut off.
There were no hand towels or wash cloths provided; only 2 bath towels. Overall, the room was clean and it didn't emit any unfavorable odors.
The on-site restaurant has many options to choose from; sandwiches, snacks, steaks, pizzas, apps and a wide variety of beverages including spirits and wines.
I didn't drive, but as far as I could tell, there was ample parking for vehicles.
I took advantage of the free shuttle transportation to the Guadalajara airport; comfortable ride, there was AC in the large van, however, the driver wasn't the friendliest. I will attribute that to the fact that it was 5am when I met him.
Overall, good experience for the price.
