The staff was simply amazing and most of them spoke good English, that was very helpful . The location was wonderful right on the beach. We traveled mostly by Uber, which was extremely cheap. The entire staff treated us like family we will always stay at this hotel

The pool water was extremely hot. The World Cup was not on TV in the rooms. the only place you could watch it was in the lobby. When I was sitting in the lobby with an adult beverage they asked me to leave. I explained to him I just wanted to watch the game. They said I had to purchase it from their bar. I was the only person watching the game at the time. If it was on TV, like any normal hotel or resort, it would not have been an issue. Staff were great and helpful. Be aware if you pay for a beach view, they will try to give you the lake view and up charge you for an ocean view. Always have your reservation in hand.
