"The staff here are absolutely amazing, some remembered me by name after a couple of days! Housekeeping did an awesome job everyday, loved the buffet food, they served fresh seafood and so many amazing dishes! The weather was crap while we were there, an anomaly, but there were still plenty of things to occupy our time."

" Very clean rooms and resort overall. Staff was welcoming and accommodating! Good variety of restaurant options along with the 2 buffets which had a great selection. If you can get a massage, Juliana and her team are amazing. We had deep tissue and a relaxing massages. First massage for my 14 yr old granddaughter, she’s hooked. We enjoyed our week and plan to return next year! Bring your spf 50 sunscreen and aloe Vera after sun lotion 😉"

"Restaurants Katsuya , Leola , Cleo, Marcus and Carna had excellent food and exceptional service. Unfortunately,Sugar Factory and 25 North had terrible service and food. Rooms used to have a fully stocked bar fridge and bottled water. Now they don’t and only have refillable water bottles to fill to fill with tap water that doesn’t taste good. "If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My stay at Nickelodeon Punta Cana Resort was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The room was filthy when we arrived—clearly not cleaned properly, with dust, grime, and even roaches crawling around. Yes, roaches. "Truly zero complaints about this resort it was absolutely amazing, the food was great, the staff was nice, the place was perfect for a relaxing trip. The excursions were amazing. Blue moon way my favorite restaurant the waitress was so kind and made our last night special. DO NOT BOOK on Expedia. They are zero help with any issues just pay the few hundred extra and book with the hotel. "

"This Resort is beautiful! The staff were great, and the beach was gorgeous! We had a swim up suite and loved it! The only thing I would have liked differently was the pool being a little warmer, the water was freezing, but we did go in March. We would definitely go back! Our Butler was very accommodating, and checked in on us multiple times a day. "

"We had a great time at Riu and would definitely go back. The food was amazing, especially the buffets, which are available for all meals. I would easily give the buffet dining 5 stars. The beach was a highlight for us. It was beautiful and easy to access directly from the hotel. We even enjoyed walking along the beach outside the property, which was a nice bonus.
