"Kudos to the architects and the resort owners - the grounds are immaculate and beautifully maintained, with every detail clearly well thought out. The beach, pool, and retail areas are pristine and inviting. The kids’ water park is a fantastic bonus, especially for families with young children. The staff were incredibly helpful and truly deserve a shout-out."

"The room was wonderful. We were upgraded to a suite and had so much space. The drinks were great and the food was better than I anticipated after reading some of the other reviews. Service was good too. I felt like everyone really put in the effort. My only ick was the timeshare guys set up by the coffee shop. They did take no, but I still had to explain myself, which is exhausting first thing in the morning when I just want coffee."

"Everything was great at the resort. We had a wonderful time. If you want to get chairs by the pool or by the lagoon, you better get up really really early because people tag the chairs and then go back to their rooms and go to sleep. So get up early tag your chair and maybe fall asleep in it but other than that it was a wonderful day. Cheers to Adam in the front who is the man who took care of everything."

"Simply amazing experience from start to finish. We arranged airport pickup through Majestic, flawless. Greeted at the door of the resort with cold towels and cold drinks, followed by a meeting with our butler and a short walk to our room. What stands out: the people. Every single staff member was helpful and friendly. "

"The staff was very nice. The rooms were also very nice. Most of the food was very good. There were a lot of options of where to hang out. They did a great job of cleaning the beach every morning. We stayed in a swim out room facing the pool and it was great. Only real complaint is the pools are not heated and were quite cold."
