"Overall great experience and property. The only thing is location. It’s quite high up and many grab drivers refused to go up the hill forcing you to walk up or down. Not the best experience. They do have a shuttle bus/car to drive you nearby but only till 6pm. "

Our experience started with our late arrival of two oclock in the morning where we were greeted, signed in and luggage delivered to our room with a general tour of the room facilities. Communication was excellent with breakfast order choice, time and delivery. Also, room cleaning was daily or when required with water resupply. "Nice small hotel area and not too busy road closeby. Friendly smiling stuff. Cleaning only when asking reception. Hasnt been hot water only hand warm but not really been problem for me. Good and tasty food whit decent price in hotel restaurant, also small shop in hotel where you can buy drinks, beer etc. Would be really cool place if done little renovation but definitely worth of money anyways. "We stayed here in April, it was a beautiful property and so peaceful. Perfect for a relaxed retreat. We enjoyed a couples massage and just relaxed by the pool. You will need transportation to get around as its not walking distance to the center. But amazing place to just unwind."
