"Location is great and easy access to many places. Staff were helpful and professional, however, hotel charges you for pretty much everything, limited restaurant/food options, constantly trying to make you pay/close out the bill immediately after placing order by the pool which is extremely inconvenient and odd to do and makes the guest feel like they are doing something illegal. Rooms are not adequately cleaned eg not cleaning/sweeping of the floors, removing empty bottles/glasses or food left...

"The property is absolutely beautiful and the staff goes the extra mile to ensure that your stay is amazing. I am so happy that I selected this property to celebrate a milestone birthday. Even though I arrived right before midnight they still managed to have my room decorated and a wonderful slice of birthday cake! I can’t wait to visit again!
