"Great clean room, staff are very welcoming and happy to help with anything. A bit of a walk from Shibuya station but overall in a more quiet and relaxed part of the city, a nice break from the huge crowds"

"We just stayed at the Citan Hostel for 3 days and had a great time! Nice basic, comfortable accommodation. The hostel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and centrally located for everything we wanted to see. In addition the staff were absolutely wonderful!"

"This got to be the cleanest capsule I have stayed. Everything is new, clean and tidy. The area is away from Tokyo hot spots, so the area is quiet and comfortable. "

"Amazing stay at this property! The property was clean, simple, and very convenient as it was merely a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. The owner of the business personally took the time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable and accommodating. Breakfast was provided and there were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The genuine hospitality and friendliness of the owner himself truly made this experience personable and one of kind. We definitely will recommend this...

"Amazing location across the street from a major station and had everything a traveler could need. I brought a group of 20 college students with me and was very happy with the service and how easy it was to get around Tokyo from this hotel."
The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Airport Terminal 3
6/10 Okay
"I use Royal Park Hotel for annual visit to Japan. The room is very clean and its location has no better choice than any other hotels. The only small complaint is that I found the bathroom basin is not practical for use so water gets everywhere when you wash your face. The basin is just there for the look."
"Nice stay in this hotel during the 5 days in Tokyo, clean sheets delivery daily to your room, even though the room is fairly small but the early morning breakfast was make up the most!"
