"Outside of the poor quality WiFi, the property is nice, and customer service was top tier from the front desk. The third morning (day of checkout), the dining staff (gentlemen) wasn’t engaging and potato’s were undercooked and yet parts burnt along with the eggs(browned)…. Looked and tasted rushed. The second day, the pancakes tasted like Perfume/ chemicals and the orange juice cocktail, and apple juice tasted like tea… otherwise the food was good. "

The staff were fantastic throughout the whole stay (a special mention to Ray who was always full of jokes and had some great riddles for the kids), everyone curtious, happy to help, and always with a smile on their faces.
