"The hotel was in a great location, 2 minutes walk to Ben Thanh supermarket. I arrived passed midnight but the night staff was super friendly and helpful in every way with bringing the luggage in the room after checking in and gave me a lot of recommendations around the area. The morning staffs was great too but the night services guy was the best one! This is probably one of best services hotel I stayed in and definitely will be back here if I want to stay in the central in Saigon.

"Team reassured us after we saw many negative reviews on Google that were clearly a reflection of a competitor in the building and not Saigon Sirius. We had a good location and the building had easy access to facilities. Our studio was comfy and good value for what we paid - simple yet accessible."

"The staff is fantastic. Super helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staff was quick and thorough (two folks at a time, shoes off). The room was spacious and provided privacy, a living area, and a dining area. The bathroom was clean and enormous. I loved the ability to use the pool and hot tub. "We had a wonderful stay at the Sherwood Residence. Everyone was nice and accommodating. They upgraded us from a 2 bedroom to 3 bedroom suite which was amazing. The beds were comfortable. We liked the pool. I would consider staying here in the future "
