"Great experience. Clean room. Breakfast menu was fresh. Food option for happy hour was good, but the liquor options (free) for happy hour were ok..need to pay upcharge for decent liquor, but there was enough options for beer and wine."

It's so clean, such clear blue water, and the waves are safe for children! "This is an excellent resort. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was great with a beautiful view of the Caribbean, and there were many, varied dining options with high quality food. I especially loved the stands in the garden area that served grilled ribs, chicken, hamburgers and more. Pro Tip: the drinks are poured kind of weak so ask for double shots. "

"Service was great, very clean, and safe! We upgraded our room once we got there and the rooms with a view were nicer inside the room as well as with a better view. The rooms without an ocean view overlook the top of a map and it's an eyesore. Those rooms are also a little dated. Upgrading was definitely worth it! The second room was beautiful! The buffet was excellent, and the service and staff were amazing. Not all the shows were entertaining, sometimes they were just karaoke night. The live music was the same band every night, so it got a little tiring. The beach was great, clean, no seaweed, and a lifeguard on duty. The loungers under the palm trees were lovely to relax in. The sun umbrellas do not protect from all UV light. We learned that the hard way. The people were so nice and friendly! Overall we had a great stay and we will be back in the future! "

"We had such an amazing stay at the Westin Lagunamar in Cancun! The service was honestly some of the best we’ve ever experienced — everyone was so kind, helpful, and made us feel completely taken care of from the moment we arrived. The resort itself is beautiful — super clean, great pools, and the ocean views are just unreal. But what really impressed us were the little details. They even provided laundry soap, which was such a thoughtful touch and made it easy to freshen things up during our trip. And the lavender essential oil they include for better sleep? Total game changer! It smelled so calming and made our room feel like a spa every night. We left feeling totally relaxed and already want to go back.
