"Prachtig resort met klein zwembad. Huisjes zijn van riet en super mooi. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij waren niet in het hoogseizoen waardoor er geen keuken open was voor drankjes, lunch en diner, wel prima ontbijt. In de buurt is voldoende te eten en winkelen. Neem een kamer met airco. De kamers bovenin hebben geen airco en zijn niet te doen bij warmte. Parkeren kan op het terrein of voor de deur."

"The location was great, it’s inside Tulum national park. I understand that the beach is pretty much unsuable because of the seaweeds (I go to tulum every year since 2023 and the last time the beach was swimable was 2023). I know we can’t do anything about how nature decides to dump all the seaweeds in tulum but I’d appreciate if they make there pool clean and swimable. We ended up transferring to another resort but I got to give all the staff credit they were all nice and helpful. The food was...

"Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely."

"I never write bad reviews but I have no choice after staying here. Let me start off by saying the staff was wonderful really nice and helpful. However, there was so many bugs in the room every day I woke up with mosquito bites and bed bug bites. I had bites all over my arms and legs and back. I was itching almost the entire stay. The shower is not fully closed and has an opening and the bugs easily get through and lizards, and I woke up at three in the morning with the cricket on my pillow....

"Está bien ubicado, la persona que atiende por la mañana en recepción es excelente para hacerlo. El hotel tiene todo lo requerido y está muy limpio. Tiene un súper mercado justo frente. Hay muchos lugares para comer cercanos de todo tipo de alimentos. Realmente cercano al centro del lugar."
