"The registration staff (Oscar D & Dennise T) were awesome. Oscar was able to change our room from one that was next to noisy air conditioning next door hotel to a beautiful 3rd floor room that was quiet and had a nice view of the beach and ocean. The baggage handlers were efficient and very friendly! The property was extremely beautiful especially the 2 endless pools. I would definitely rate this resort a 9.5, and hope to return soon! The only negative was upon arrival, I had to sit with concierge to hear about timeshare purchase interest. I was on vacation and didn’t want to talk about purchasing anything other than food and drinks and excursions."

"The room was clean, the amenities inside were great, with several things in the bathroom ready and anticipating our needs. The staff was always kind and helpful. The building is amazing with all the hostory of this building and always clean and tidy. The Christmas decoration is great and very attractive."

"We had a great stay here! Hotel is within walkable distance to a lot of other restaurants/shops. The ambience was great and they have excellent breakfast (free!) options. The room has basic amenities. The only issue was the AC stopped working on day 2, but otherwise, everything else was good. Their roof top restaurant also has good menu options. "
