The staff were all so lovely and helpful. Alvero in the bar/restaurant was especially wonderful and made our stay really special. It was my birthday and they presented us with wine, fruit and cake. Mira recommended Eufemia for the best beach vibe (we went twice. Once to see the sunrise and once for sunset). Rafael was also very kind and made or stay feel effortless when he’d call taxi’s for us. The housekeeping team kept our room clean and were very quick! Overall, this place made us feel safe, comfortable, and excited the whole time. Beautiful views in the jungle. 10/10 would come again!!"
