"The concept of this hotel is great, however, when you get there, its a different story. NOT the place to stay for summer- the hotel sits ON the river. Not accessible by car. No one will come to the Taxi drop off or Uber drop off area to help you with your bags. No one will help you out after check out with your luggage either. Good luck if you have big luggage. "Dadurch das wir so früh im Jahr gebucht hatten haben wir einen wirklich ansprechenden Preisvorteil erhalten. Die Lage ist Top, die Unterkunft ist kleiner als auf den Fotos anzunehmen ist, wer Camping oder Homemobiling mag kommt auf seine Kosten. Wir haben es sehr genossen und das Team vor Ort ist einfach nur super."

Offered a free night and bottle of wine when they couldn’t fix the power outage even though it wasn’t their fault. Security on site at night, grocery store a close 5min walk at the most. Wir standen vor nichts in Zaandam und mussten erst da hin fahren von Expedia aus bis wir Ersatz bekommen haben. Da hatten wir bereits 25,-€ Bahngeld bezahlt, was Expedia nicht interessiert hat.
